Recent studies have shown that consuming grapes and other fruits having abundant quantities of potassium not only may result in a reduction in Rheumatoid arthritis symptoms, but also assists in keeping away gout attacks.

Frozen, roasted or sliced grapes can be effectually used to enhance the taste of food items ranging from appetizers to side dishes, or salads.

Grapes can be consumed directly or blended with other fruits or vegetables. Sufficient quantities of grapes reduces the acidic nature of blood and urine and raises the alkalinity, which is highly desirable for the body.

Excessive quantities of uric acid present in the blood are responsible for Rheumatoid arthritis pain. Body organs such as kidneys tend to function poorly due to the presence of uric acid crystals. When taken in sufficient quantities, grapes help in the elimination of acidic byproducts formed in the body. This happens because of a rise in the alkaline levels of the body which acts as a Rheumatoid arthritis natural treatment.

Inclusion of grapes as an additional ingredient in meals not only augments the flavor but also the nutritional benefits of the meal. A mixed fruit juice comprised of berries, honey, and grapes is one of several effective rheumatoid arthritis natural remedies.

Very interesting information. I do love grapes and I have arthritis but not classified rheumatoid in nature. You really can’t go wrong here because we know grapes are healthy and will not harm you, so why not give it shot. I will have to research some of the other natural remedies.

  4. My hubby has RA and is in constant pain. Sometimes it is me who gets frustrated because of all the groaning and moaning and nothing seems to alleviate him of his pain. I will read more about natural remedies and discuss this with his doctor.
